• Login to the App
• Click on the support button on the bottom right corner & Select Email.
• Enter the convenient time slot and reason for rescheduling the appointment.
• Our customer service engineer will call and help you reschedule the appointment.

NOTE : Please make sure following details are available on the email while requesting for the reschedule - Consultation ID, Patient Name, Doctor Name & contact details.
