  From Doctors page to the right side of screen Go to Menu - Reports - Front desk - View Missed Visits .

• Can I book a free follow Up?

  Free follow up days are decided by the doctors. After completing the appointment you can view in the app if you are eligible for free follow up. You can book only one free follow up during that interval.

• How to book a free follow up?

  • Login App • If you are eligible for the free follow up it will display it in the app. Select Book appointment. • Select the convenient slot.

• How to Cancel OPD Appointments?

  Go to Front desk/Doctor Module ( Appointment page)- Status- Change to cancel-Refresh.

• How to See Online Consultation Report?

  From Doctors page to the right side of screen Go to Menu - Reports - Doctor - Online Consultation Report - Select Date Range - Generate.
