  We will initiate the refund after taking confirmation from the doctor. Refund process usually takes 7-10 business days, the amount will reflect in the source account within this time interval.

  Yes!! Once a refund is initiated you will receive a mail with the refund id from razorpay. You can copy the refund id and paste it in the below link https://razorpay.com/support/ .
